Sram buys Avid
Sram grabbed another brand name in the bicycle biz, Avid, to compliment its component line (includes Rock Shox). But what's in a name? Sources, designers, and engineers one assumes - Avid brakes are built buy others as far as I know. The suppliers are staying the same, and so is the staff for a year. We are fond of both companies; so what shall we make of this?
