NYCBikes gives back, should you?
When I first started commuting in NYC I quickly discovered that Transportation Alternatives had my back. Now we're giving back by donating 5% of our profits. Think about scraping together some change for the guys who fight for you.
They fight for cyclists and pedestrians like no one else, they open bridges and paths, and they organize the NYC Century Bike Tour. Car free parks? They're bending the politicians ears, and organizing protests. Check out their website for more info, or pick up the City Cyclists Mag at any bike shop.
